How does it work?
- Step 1: Contact us with the property address you are considering using as a short-term rental. If you have pictures, that would be very helpful as well! We will do some preliminary market analysis prior to seeing the property.
- Step 2: Arrange an on-site walk-through. We can provide more information on our services and also get a better idea for projecting occupancy and pricing as well as what type of furnishing or staging would be needed.
- Step 3: Provide you with market analysis and proposal. After viewing your property we will create a market analysis report with projected occupancy, per night pricing and rental income. We will also provide a complete proposal with services and pricing options that we would provide, based on the specific needs of you and your property.
- Step 4: Sign agreement. We will provide a contract agreement that clearly outlines the services we will provide for you.
- Step 5: Create Listing and begin booking! Based on the needs of your property, we will complete any furnishing or staging that is needed, arrange for professional pictures and get your property listed on booking websites.
